4. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Delivery Estimates: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and can vary based on courier schedules, weather conditions, or public holidays.

• COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, we reserve the right to verify the order via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatching the product. If verification is not completed within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

• Refusal of Delivery: Frequent refusal of COD parcels at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in the permanent suspension of your account or address from placing future orders on our website.
